E&I Site Superintendent

Germany

We are looking for an experienced E&I Site Superintendent for a large-scale hydrogen project in Germany. You will lead electrical and instrumentation site activities, guide the electrical and I&C supervisors and the quality inspector, and make sure contractors deliver safely, with high quality and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead site execution of electrical and instrumentation works
Direct and support electrical and I&C supervisors and the quality inspector
Oversee contractors: schedule, quality, safety and change management
Review contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and documentation
Coordinate interfaces between electrical, instrumentation, automation and other disciplines
Supervise mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and handover
Report to site management and the owner, and enforce site safety requirements

Requirements

Extensive experience supervising electrical and instrumentation installations on large industrial or energy projects
Experience leading supervisors and contractors (superintendent, site manager or equivalent role)
Excellent command of English
Solid understanding of electrical, instrumentation and automation work and the commissioning process
Independent, systematic and safety-focused way of working
Willingness to work abroad for approximately 12 months

Advantages
