CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our client's industrial project in the Gothenburg region, Sweden.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation activities. You will work closely with contractors, other technical disciplines and the project team to ensure that the works progress according to project requirements, schedule, quality standards and safety regulations.

Your responsibilities include

• supervising electrical installation work on site

• monitoring work progress, quality and compliance with project requirements

• coordinating electrical works with other disciplines and contractors

• monitoring and reporting site progress and conditions

• participating in site meetings and safety inspections

• identifying deviations and following up on required corrective actions

• supporting safe working practices within your area of responsibility

We are looking for

• relevant technical education in electrical engineering or a related field

• previous experience in similar electrical supervision roles in industrial projects

• good understanding of electrical installation work and site activities

• experience working in international project environments

• good IT and reporting skills

• good command of English

Accommodation and project-related travel can be arranged by CMS as agreed.
