PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to work in an industrial project in Northern Sweden. The work will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, and the estimated duration is approximately 3 years.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the progress and performance of the construction contractor as the client’s representative
• Monitoring the project schedule, costs, quality and safety requirements
• Following up on contractual obligations, deliverables and deadlines
• Supporting the handling of changes, additional works and claims in cooperation with the project organization
• Preparing for and participating in contractor meetings and project meetings, as well as following up on agreed actions
• Cooperating with engineering, procurement, commissioning, site management and other project parties
• Reporting project progress, risks and contractor performance to the project management
• Following up on project documentation, meeting minutes, decisions and agreed actions

Requirements:
• Experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager or in similar roles in large-scale industrial, energy or infrastructure projects
• Suitable technical education
• Experience in contractor management and cooperation with different project stakeholders
• Understanding of contract, schedule, cost, quality and safety management
• Good English language skills
