SITE PIPING ENGINEER

We’re looking for a SITE PIPING ENGINEER to work in an industrial project in Leuna, Germany. The work starts on 03-04/2025 and the estimated duration is 6 months.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Piping Design Engineer and external engineering partners to obtain and
distribute information necessary for design work.
- Support and coordinate with other disciplines (Suppliers, Vendors, Engineering Subcontractors) to
ensure designs align with project objectives.
- Conduct piping checks, review isometric drawings, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Propose alternative designs or materials where beneficial, providing cost-saving and technical
justifications.
- Provide technical support and solutions during erection and commissioning on site.
- Work closely with all project work group leads to resolve design challenges and ensure cohesive project
execution.
- Collaborate with the project engineering company to identify, report, and resolve any mistakes or
collisions in piping design.
- Review and approve piping-related technical documentation.
- Ensure that all work adheres to regulatory and client requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in piping design within industrial or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of piping materials, relevant codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, E3D, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality standards in design and execution.

We arrange traveling, accommodation, car etc. You can work on our payroll or as a subconsultant through your company.
