PROJECT PLANNER

We're looking for PROJECT PLANNER to work in industrial project in Hamina, Finland. The work starts immediately when a suitable person is found and estimated duration is until 10/2026.

Your role is to manage and analyze project schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving effective scheduling processes to ensure successful project delivery.

Main responsibilities:
- develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6
- support baseline schedule management and progress follow-up throughout the project
- prepare weekly and monthly planning and progress reports
- monitor schedule performance and support forecast and recovery planning
- coordinate planning-related matters with the client, subcontractors, and project team
- support schedule risk analysis and identify potential delays and bottlenecks
- maintain planning data and provide schedule-related input for project reporting

Skills required:
- proven experience as a scheduler or project planner in industrial projects
- proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- fluent English skills

EU citizenship / work visa is required.
